Join Austin Parks and Recreation Staff, Barton Springs Pool Staff, Friends of Barton Springs Pool, Hill Country Conservancy, and Save Barton Creek Association in a volunteer opportunity to help clean Barton Springs Pool on EARTH DAY! What better way to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day than spending it at the crown jewel of Austin?!
Volunteers will have direct access to Barton Springs Pool, when the pool is closed to the general public for pool cleaning with Pool Staff. Volunteer opportunities will include grounds management, algae scrubbing, and other fun jobs.
Wear clothes and shoes you can get wet and dirty!
